Seal-Pave is a heavy duty protective seal for bituminous concrete pavements. It is a high solids colloidal dispersion of coal tar pitch in water. It is easy to use, dries to a jet black finish and exceeds federal specification RP355(e). Seal-Pave is manufactured by Surface Coatings Co. Advanced Formula J-16® is a rubberized geotextile and polymer fortified coal tar emulsion designed to produce a fast drying, long wearing protective surface. It meets Federal Specification RP355(e) and is a product of Maintenance, Inc. FASS-DRI is a rapid curing high solids composition of reinforcing cross-linking geotextile fibers, a complex silicone modified copolymers, and a high quality coal tar pitch emulsion that is combined with a special gradation of quartz aggregate. It dries in as little as 30 minutes and is typically used for Fast Food Restaurants, Service Stations, Food Marts, Banks, Hospitals and Airports. Back to the top

ADDITIVES
Tarmax R-100 is a latex based coal tar modifier for increased sand load, faster drying, greater oil & gas resistance, deeper black color and overall improved performance. *Available in: 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails	FSA Fast Sealing Additive is Maintenance, Inc.'s unique, silicone fortified, latex additive for coal tar sealer. It stops tracking, sand roll over and filter/tip clogging. It cuts drying time in half, improves bonding and dries blacker. *Available in: 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails
E-Z Spray increases sealer's body, but only slightly increases the flow, while keeping the dilution rate within acceptable limits. It puts less strain on the equipment, causes less tip clogging, extends the pot life and has an easier mix adjustment. *Available in: 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails	Poly Tough speeds sealer drying and curing time. It improves surface flexibility and toughness. The sealer dries deep jet black and it improves resistance to oils, fuels, grease and chemicals. *Available in: 5 gallon pails

Direct Fired Melters are portable kettles designed to heat direct fired crack sealant in as little as 30 minutes. Kettles have hand agitation and thermometer. Low operating cost runs on propane. Comes with propane torch, hose and regulator.

MA-10 Melter Applicator is the fastest and most efficient method for melting and applying hot applied crack sealants. Mounted on steel wheels, the applicator comes equipped with spring loaded hand controlled release valve, steel screed for striking off sealant in uniform width. It is easy to maneuver for following random cracks and is faster than hand held pour pots.

Striping Paint
Waterborne paint meets TT-P-1952D and other state and federal specs. It is manufactured by Aexcel and is flexible, performs well on all types of pavement and provides excellent bead retention. It is also available in a fast dry formula.		Alkyd-solvent based paint is TT-P-115F, VOC compliant, has high solid content is cost effective and durable. It is manufactured by Aexcel and has high resin and pigment solids content.
Available in: yellow, white, handicap blue, and red in 5 gallon pails.
